Pastor Elect Lady Rose King was born and grew up in Winter Garden, Florida. She is a
graduate of Maynard Evans High School. Co-Pastor attended and graduated from the
University of Phoenix, Orlando, Florida with a dual Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Management and Marketing. She attended and graduated from Grand Canyon
University with a Master of Science Degree in Professional Counseling. She is currently
pursuing her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in
Christian Ministry from Grand Canyon University.
The skills and years of studies in the field of child development allowed her to
start childcare centers and private schools at multiple churches. She also was the
administrator of Now Faith Institute in Grand Prairie, Texas, and acting President of
Biblical Studies Bible College in Tallahassee, Florida. She is also known for
implementing food pantries and an assortment of youth and afterschool programs. In
corporate America she is a Professional Counselor, and is a former in-home counselor
with DISC Village, Inc., she is a former employee of the State Attorney’s Office, Pulte
Homes, and the Morgan Group. She currently runs her own Mary Kay Cosmetics
business. She has served as an usher president, choir singer, youth president, Sunday
school teacher (all ages), administrator, and minister for several local churches, as well
as churches abroad.
Elect Lady Rose is the founder of King’s Alliance Community Development
Corporation, an outreach ministry which tends to the needs of the downtrodden, poverty
stricken, low in spirit, and homeless by providing food, clothing, prayer, and counseling.
She is a former member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. At, The Spirit of the
Bridegroom Church she is the Co-Pastor, Director of the Women’s Ministry, Director of
the Outreach Ministry, Youth Advisor, and a Christian Education teacher. She and her
husband, Senior Pastor Willie King, are the founders of The Spirit of the Bridegroom
Church…formerly known as Power and Authority Worship Center. They are the parents
of 10 beautiful God-fearing children, raised four beautiful grandchildren, are the
grandparents of 50+ grandchildren, and are the great-grandparents of ten great-
grandchildren.
